The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

Pets are welcome, and folks should know there are three barn cats on the property.
