KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Florida Country Cabin Getaway

Nestled in the heart of rural North Florida, this picturesque log cabin on 3 acres offers a tranquil retreat enveloped by majestic oaks and towering pines. Stepping inside, they find themselves embraced by the warmth of a cozy interior, where comfortable furnishings invite relaxation. However, the true allure lies where a sprawling outdoor deck beckons guests to unwind amidst the serenity of nature while enjoying their morning deink from the extensive selection of coffee, tea and hot chocolate.

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

The Blue House

This quaint, cozy getaway is exactly what you need to wind down and relax while creating a modern cabin feel. After a long day sit down and enjoy a massage from our very own massage chair. With free Wi-Fi Internet and access to live streaming to enjoy your favorite channels and shows. Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Come RELAX at “The Blue House”.

Cave Divers Spring Escape, King Bed, Private Porch

Super cute and spacious private 3/2 home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the rural country life without the chores. Only a few miles from several springs and the Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Charles Springs, Rum Island, Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more. While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away.

Where the Pavement Ends- Ichetucknee Getaway!

Beautiful serene 2026 remodeled home one mile from Ichetucknee State Park! Also close to Ginnie, Blue, Poe, Royal, and Little River Springs. Step outside with your coffee and enjoy the wooded neighborhood and river views. Large screened porch and well appointed open kitchen perfect for cooking. The house is elevated which creates a separate covered outdoor area with hammocks and a full second bathroom. Perfect cozy space for a couples retreat! Treehouse as an add on for extra guests.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

You will feel welcomed and relaxed in our cozy little house. Appealing to your necessities there is a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar. The outdoor area has a paved patio, seating and a fire pit. Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

The Restored Haven

Come inside & rest your soul! This newly renovated home has plenty of room for families to enjoy time together. It's minutes from the Suwannee River, state parks & natural springs. Live Oak is a family-friendly community with playgrounds, walking paths & even a disc golf course. Our home has a full kitchen, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We have books & games for spending time inside, and plenty of recommendations for nearby fun. We hope you'll visit us soon!

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake views, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Outdoor fire pit includes wood. PLEASE NOTE- Lake levels are EXTREMELY LOW. There is currently no water at the dock for fishing or swimming. We are currently experiencing extreme drought conditions.
