This was the perfect spot to land for a business trip with a colleague. We work forestry contracts and had been roughing it in hotels and camping. Matt's place felt like an oasis. It was spotless, spacious, and cozy. We had everything we needed to make home-cooked meals, our own bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice back porch to relax, and we felt secure with our work gear there. Matt checked in on us several times via messages and was immediately responsive with any questions we had. He also went above and beyond by letting my colleague pop back in after check-out to retrieve his forgotten air purifier. Classy and top notch all around!

What a beautiful place! The decor is stylish, the extra touches (shampoo, etc, in the bathrooms; oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, extra supplies in the pantry) appreciated, and the patio space peaceful. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. The location is convenient for enjoying the beauty of Cades Cove. Kelly is very quick to reply and was gracious in helping us enjoy our time here. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time on our trip and we're able to relax at the end of our days at the house. Every room had an amazing deck with a breath taking view and so much natural light. We all slept amazing as well in comfy beds. Defiantly would book here again!

This was a great spot for a couples trip. Easy to get to the golf course and close to the casino. Well-appointed kitchen and comfortable beds! Everyone said how great the house was and we were talking about our return visit. Thanks for everything!

This has been yet another amazing stay!! We have reserved this Air B&B for 3 years now and each time Nina has provided an incredible and hassle free experience. Full of amenities, a complete kitchen arrangement, a quiet driveway and amazing views, this Air B&B has countless things to compliment and I’m happy to say we will continue using it as long as we can <3 It has gone from a vacation home to an ACTUAL home, just far away from our regular one.

The Majestic was perfect for our family's New Year's vacation! The cabin is HUGE, gorgeous, full of amenities, and very luxurious! Simon's game room is like none other. It had a pool table, ping pong, the coolest Dream Arcade, corn hole, darts, a full kitchen of its own, and was attached to a theatre room! That area was our favorite place, keeping us at the cabin for days. We did not need to leave the house to have a complete vacation. We would always be anxious to return to the cabin after being out and about in town. The kitchen on the main floor is divine! The spice drawers were fabulous for our home-cooked meals. Having the kitchen attached to a children's playroom was perfect for our toddler twin granddaughters. They had so much fun playing in the little tent, and they LOVED the giant outside playground! The fact that all three floors had their huge laundry room was a dream! This cabin was incredible, much bigger, and even better than you can tell in the pictures! A dream!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful and when the clouds broke this morning there was a double rainbow over the valley. The house is decorated so cute. I loved all the artistic antique doors. It reminded me of my grandmothers house and the kids loved the pool table. I would definitely stay again maybe in the summer so we could use the pool.

The unit is just as described in the pictures as well. It looks great. My only issue is that it is on the first floor and there are neighbors upstairs. It was no where in the description. I would not have booked it because I am a light sleeper. The upstairs neighbors made noise starting at four in the morning and it went until 1130 every night so I did not sleep well either of the nights we were there unfortunately

The house and location were absolutely beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice! Everything is prestinely clean and the peacefulness you feel just from walking in can't be matched! The views cannot be captured just as you see them but I did my best to try. We even purchased a couple of fishing poles to do a little fishing right innthe back yard. And when I had a couple of questions for the host, they responded in mere minutes with friendly and clear responses. We will definitely make a repeat visit to this beautiful home. If you've been scrolling for awhile trying to find the right spot, just stop! This is THE place!!!

This was our second time staying in this beautiful mountain hide-away in the Deep Creek / Bryson City area. We love the hike all around the property - it's amazing in itself - but also very easy to get to 'the road to nowhere', the Great Smokey Mountain National Park is basically connected to the property, it's so close! If you want to get away from the city / noise of urban areas, this is for you! Large, open home with two full baths, so great for a family (and our pups love it here, too)!!

Our family loved the spacious house and especially playing in the creek. Our older children loved the tubes provided and we also loved sitting on the balcony looking down at the creek. The Great Smoky Mountain Railroad was right above the house so we had fun waving at the passengers! Our children are already asking to go back.

The house was exactly as advertised. Incredibly clean and well stocked. Easy to get in and even smelled great. The kitchen was equipped with EVERY utensil we possibly needed. We were only able to use the paddle boards on our last day due to weather but they were great when we did. Also enjoyed a campfire and saw a million stars on clear nights. Overall we loved the place and felt right at home.

Gina was so responsive! The view was breathtaking, but we did pull ourselves away in the evenings to enjoy that awesome movie room! We will definitely be back. Great weekend getaway with friends, so memorable. Thank you for a great stay!

Stunning location. Hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. Unmatched value, especially since we split it between 10 people. Plenty of space for all of us and comfortable accommodations. We took advantage of the hot tub, fire pit, and back porch quite a bit. There was even an accessible hiking path which winds behind the house and through the rest of the neighborhood. Kitchen was large enough to prepare large family-style dinners for all of us and the grill worked flawlessly.

This house is cozy and quite secluded. Very quiet. Perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. It has all the amenities. What we liked most were the large windows throughout the house, which make you feel like you're surrounded by nature. Excellent 5-star stay!

Great place to travel between cities and visit Smoky Mountains. Nice, quiet area and the trails on the property were great. Rita's place had everything you need for a home away from home. We'll stocked for cooking meals and great resturants nearby. We recommend a ride on the Smoky Mountain Railroad!! Thank you Rita for sharing your home..

We had about 12 people there it was great time and short drive to town.

We loved Rachel's place!! It's surrounded by beautiful woods and a creek We love to hear the water running through the creek. It's spacious with two bedrooms. It's very quiet and private because we had the whole house. Rachael recommend that we watch the sunset at Waterrock Knob. We saw an amazing sunset with mountains and the famous "smoke "

Great place to stay and make a home base, while motorcycling all around the Smokies. Brenda was a great host, and I'd stay there again!

The home was only a 5 minute drive to downtown and the Polar Express. There was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 6 children.

This was a beautiful mountain chalet type home that was used for our family before our son got married. It was the perfect place to be!

We had a wonderful stay here! Kitchen is well stocked and great for cooking. House was very clean. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. If visiting Sylva again this is the first place we’d check for availability at!
