The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation
The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

We are a very short walk to St Leonards beach, shops, cafes, walking and cycling tracks. The many wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula are a short drive away. A central location that provides access to Queenscliffe, Point Lonsdale, Barwon Heads, Portarlington Ferry service, the Great Ocean Road and the many surf beaches. You’ll love our place because it is so quiet and comfortable - fully self contained. Our place will suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Sorrento Garden Cottage
The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Sea is 50 metres ! front apartment of 2 in a Fishermans cottage in the Historic harbour area of Queenscliff. You can see, smell and hear the sea from all rooms. It has a private garden, kitchen/lounge/dining room ,a large private verandah ,adjoining the queen bedroom. Wood fire is set and ready to light with plenty of wood - very cosy for nights in ! No need for a car as the marina, village, Blues train,ferry, beach are an easy walk.

Nestled between the Main Street and Queenscliff’s beautiful beaches lies Navestock. Over 100 years old Navestock was once a woodwork shed that has been recently renovated. Due to the heritage of the building no built in cooking facilities are available but our breakfast bar features a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery. If you’re after coastal luxury in the heart of historic Queenscliff Navestock is the place for you.
