With a brand new Weber grill, picnic table, and fire pit, there is plenty of outside living. Trotting Park, South Village, and West Dennis Beaches are all walkable. Enjoy food from Sandbar, Swan River Seafood, Chapin's, Cleat & Anchor, & Bandera's Market in the summer. Call off season.

Bring or rent kayaks to take advantage of our private access to Taylors pond.

Relax with family and friends at the charming and cozy Swan River Cottage on the banks of the scenic Swan River. Few minutes away from Dennis beaches. This is the perfect place to have fun any time of year. In the summer, go down to the private dock and kayak up to Swan Pond or down to the beaches. Enjoy fishing and look for deer and other wildlife roaming around. Spend time watching the sunset on the water as you sit on the private sightseeing dock.

Have fun with the whole family at our newly renovated cottage. This relaxing 3BR/1BA house is walking distance to wonderful restaurants & shops. Only a .8 mile walk to the beach. Enjoy a private fenced in backyard, patio, firepit, & outdoor shower. Sleeps 5. The house is stocked with bath & beach towels as well as a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, etc. The shed has a beach wagon, beach toys and beach chairs for guests to use.
