Country Escape in Modern Cottage

Woodstown Cottage is the attached private annex to Woodstown House. Newly refurbished, walking distance to open forest and 10 minute drive to the coast, ideally located to cover all outdoor pursuits. With beautiful country views, the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with electric shower, spacious living room, separate fully fitted kitchen and enclosed garden which is safe for dogs. The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

Windows look out onto the forest at the front and the beautiful garden at the rear. The property is not overlooked. The property has recently been decorated and furnished, and comes fully equipped. Guests enjoy their own private patio and garden, accessed through double doors from the living room or a private gate.

With a secure gated garden and five acres of land to enjoy, it’s perfect for relaxing countryside breaks. A fantastic pub and restaurant is just a two-minute walk away down the road or across our field.

Hackney Park is situated in an idyllic setting in its own grounds adjoining the New Forest Park. Comfortable, well equipped, self-catering accommodation. Excellent area for touring and walking. Guests welcome to bring their own horse and dogs. Please be aware that as the property is in a rural area the internet might be slower than you are used to. Dogs and horses welcome by arrangement.
