Simple Blessings Farm - Tiny House/Cabin

This is your countryside, relaxation retreat. If you are looking to get away from the fast pace of life and truly relax in a serene setting, then be our guest. We are conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Knob Noster/Whiteman AFB and 10-20 minutes from many restaurants and shopping locations in Warrensburg or Sedalia. We have other three cabins on the property if you need accommodations for a larger group. We do also have a venue on our property so occasionally (mai there will be events.

The Bungalow at WAFB/Knob Noster

This newly remodeled home in Knob Noster, MO, is a perfect getaway for families and pet owners. Located near Whiteman Air Force Base, Warrensburg, and Sedalia, this property offers a comfortable and convenient stay. It features two bedrooms and one bathroom, as well as a pull-out couch in the living room. The fully-stocked kitchen is equipped with baking utensils, snacks, and spices, making it easy to prepare meals. A laundry room with a washer and dryer and a fully fenced-in backyard as well.

Great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and excellent fishing. We are 5 minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs Golf Course and 3EX municipal airport. We live on-site and will generally be available throughout your stay should you need or desire.

*BREAKFAST INCLUDED* Stay in a cozy log cabin located in an historic town. Ms. Ada’s House was completely restored in 2023. Built in the early 1830’s, you’ll feel like you’re stepping back in time while enjoying its modern amenities. Sleep in the original log cabin room, relax on the daybed swing on the front porch, and enjoy meals under the light of a lantern. Then at the end of the day, the bright and sunny living room transforms into a cozy den as you relax by the fireplace.

Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

*New Beautiful Flooring *If you're looking for a quaint, comfy space right in town this is it! Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

*Need a break? Available for short or long stays. Enjoy this adorable studio in a tranquil setting in the middle of the country. Full kitchen. Sleeps 2 in one queen sized bed. Sit, relax and rest while you enjoy the deer, fox, coyote, turkey and bald eagles. A few miles from I-70 for quick and easy access. Great place for short stop for travelers or vacationers. **NOTE: Staircase to bedroom is narrow. May not be suitable for kids

Courthouse Lofts - front loft

Front loft has 1 bedroom, full kitchen, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, living room with full sized murphy bed, large dining table, breakfast bar and a magnificent view of the Marshall Courthouse. This 1882 building has seen a complete renovation. The loft is on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. The lofts are above one of Marshall's oldest retail spaces that now houses Courthouse Salon.
