You can even enjoy the views directly from Queen bed, through the romantic glass-steel French doors. Outside a huge deck and braai area is perfect when the weather is pleasant (almost always). While snuggly blankets, hot water bottles and a crackling indoor fireplace make sure Starry Starry Night is a true year-round destination.

Historic Sunflower Cottage, Tranquil and Romantic

Sunflower Cottage is a romantic self-catering cottage in McGregor, and is one of the oldest and most loved historical houses in the village. Originally built in the 1880’s, its thick adobe walls, original mud floors, reed ceilings and thatched roof are natural insulators against the heat and cold of the Little Karoo. Located in a quiet corner of the village, the cottage is perfect for couple getaways, to explore this historical town and surrounding winelands.

Potato Patch Self Catering Cottage

This versatile thatched roofed cottage offers contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property offering its own entrance and private garden. During winter, when you might even encounter snow on the mountains, your very own baby Godin wood burner makes sure you are toasty warm. In summer, guests are invited to use the recently built pool. A five minute walk will get you to the village center.

Rose Cottage is a stand alone century old farm cottage made postcard-perfect by the milieu of flowers, horses, green fields, dramatic mountains and adjacent farm dam. Newly redecorated, featuring a luxury double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. Fireplace in the open plan living/kitchen area. Wi-Fi, TV and USB with movies! Outside Braai and seating. Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day. The cottage also has a Weber braai (BBQ).

The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.
