Pat's traditional, 180 year old stone house

A cultural experience. 180 yr old house built by Greeks for Turks. An atmosphere of simplicity, with some integrated modern facilities. An open balcony blends inside and out as an ongoing organic experience. Low door frames, minimal plumbing, creaky floors, maybe a ghost or two! Goat bells, donkey shoes, tools, loom equipment, tin pots, enhance surroundings. Not really a place of luxury but discovery. Explore authentic village life with fantastic beaches. (sorry but not for children under 12).

Αναπαλαιώσαμε μία οικογενειακή οικία του 1955 και συζεύξαμε το τοπικό, παραδοσιακό στοιχείο με το μοντέρνο τρόπο ζωής. Το κτήμα βρίσκεται σε ένα λόφο απέναντι απ'το Βυζαντινό κάστρο της Τορώνης και την φημισμένη της ακτή. Η βίλα προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα σε θάλασσα και βουνό. Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά ξεχωριστή καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά και ταυτόχρονα μακριά απ'τους πολλούς.Για λιγους....

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

**the visitor is charged a residence tax of €8.00/night ** Sias Cozy House is located in Sikia Sithonias in Halkidiki 350m from the beach Its the ideal place for a family with children. The private house has a huge fenced yard of 2000sq.m with green garden where the kids can enjoy. There are two dining rooms on the balcony and another one in the courtyard. There is a barbecue, a private entrance, also from the back yard there is an entrance which can be placed the cars inside the yard.
