My experience at Thangamma Residency was fantastic and exceeded my expectations especially as it was my first solo trip! Deepa (The host) was very attentive and provided great local recommendations. She is incredibly welcoming, friendly and responsive, ensuring my stay was enjoyable. The apartment was clean, well-furnished, and located in a quiet neighborhood, making it perfect for relaxation. I really felt like I was at home! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated and had a cozy atmosphere just like the pictures. I appreciated the peaceful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Easy access for taxi bookings and food delivery. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the main road and shops. Amenities included - A/C in both rooms, mosquito nets on all windows and the front door, hot water (geysers) in both bathrooms, iron and board, comfortable beds, washing machine, WiFi, dish TV, fully equipped kitchen (although no microwave) and washing machine! Great place!

Very Wonderful and accomodative host. The check-in was so smooth. The place exactly matches the photos. The projector was icing on the cake along with the sound system. Very near to the main road, amenities and eateries but very peaceful and calm area. Highly recommend this place and its really worth the penny you pay for!

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

There were two rooms with double beds and attached bathrooms, exactly as listed. I felt completely secure since the apartment building required access entry. This is Jereen from Canada, and I had the pleasure of staying at Nihal's place for a night—it truly felt like home (even for a night) ! I’m not exaggerating—this comes from someone who is very picky about accommodations. The location is central yet on a quiet, low-traffic route, making it easy to get around. For those relying on Uber or auto-rickshaws, it’s perfectly accessible. When staying at an Airbnb, my must-haves are quietness, cleanliness (especially the bathroom), location, and privacy—and Nihal's place checked all the boxes! The space was very clean, the washing machine was a huge plus, and the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. I also had a great night’s sleep without any disturbances. Lastly, Nihal was a fantastic host—highly responsive, helpful, and attentive to every need. When I return to Chennai, I’ll definitely stay at Nihal's place again for a much longer visit. Highly recommend staying here!

What we saw was what we got. The apartment was way cozier and impeccable than we expected . Ahmed and his team did a bang up job at providing the best experience possible. Functional and modern would best describe the place. Anyone who’s on the lookout for a safe and comfortable stay in Chennai should definitely go for this place.

We had a wonderful time at Gayathri’s place. The location was perfect for what we wanted. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to lots of interesting parts of the city. We found a good number of play areas and activities nearby as well to take our two young children to. We will definitely choose this stay during our future visits without hesitation!

BK was a wondeeful host! The place is conveniently located , close to pondy bazaar and sangeetha restaurant. The flat is clean and well maintained, no.bugs at all. It has everything you need: wifi, hot water, washing machine, kitchen with conduction hotplate and utensils/pans, spacious bedroom wirh lots of storage. Great stay in Tnagar!

..I came to chennai with my wife for her treatment . I was lucky to have selected Prabha aunty's place to stay . It was a great stay .. Aunty and Uncle both are such nice person .. moreover , Aunty cooked great food for us .. Thank You Prabha Aunty for the hospitality and everything.. Cant thank you enough!!

Stay was fantastic, we enjoyed the stay, market is near, walkable, to get somethings to cook and enjoy, A great place to stay, beautiful house, nice views from balcony as its 12th floor. Enjoyed in swimming pool, ya we have to bring nylon wears, thanks to Praveen as he kept swimming caps ready at entrance itself :). I suggest guests to walk around to find many things, left side on main road, 400 meters, to the property you get vegetables, meat, fish market, dosa batter, many grocerry shops. so we enjoyed our stay

A lovely host who makes you feel right at home,even buying some groceries for you to have. The apartment is spotlessly clean and so well furnished with quality appliances and utensils that you can use. Bedding, towels actually the works are of extremely high standards. The apartment is absolutely beautiful,airy and bright and lovely terrace as well. Definitely one of the best hosts and places to stay. Absolutely recommended.
