Seawind Condominium is very quite and good for relaxing place. Me and my friend have an amazing stay into ma'am Flor's unit. The place looks exactly like on the pictures and everything described is absolutely accurate. We have everything we may need for short long stay, including washing machine (which is not very common to see and a very nice touch). There amazing swimming pool, also ferry for Samal island is around 10 mins walk. Can recommend the place and the host with both hands up. Excellent value for the money. I will definitely book again if available on my next visits in Davao.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and clean retreat. Fresh linens and towels provided an extra touch of comfort. Ma'am Arcel was also very responsive and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Also appreciated the extra effort to look for a pay parking space for us. I will definitely be returning for another visit.

The place is so cozy, what you see from the photos are all true. We truly enjoyed our stay plus the owner is very responsive. all you need to bring is your essentials. What I like the best is the kitchen and the very comfortable bed. Truly a must try place 💖

Great place to stay while waiting for your flight because it's near to the airport.

We had an amazing short but sweet time at Casa Felecitas condo! I’ve always wanted to do a staycation with my parents, niece and nephew and it was great that we did it at Beng’s place :) So many things I like — the unit close to elevator, TV with Youtube & Netflix ready, Fast internet for remote/online work, kitchen with complete utensils and cooking tools, nicely design bedrooms with balcony + pool view, washing machine and the pool! On top of that, Beng is very responsive, friendly and communicated and prepared our check-in well. I would definitely book this place again when we need another staycation 💯

The place is very nice, very ideal for us in groups. I stayed in the place together with my friends and we find it very comfortable and great! Thank you for an excellent service even though it was an urgent booking! ❤️

I had an excellent stay at Nornesa’s place. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional hospitality. I accidentally left my ID with the guard, and Nornesa went above and beyond by retrieving it and sending it to me via LBC. Their kindness and dedication ensured my trip went smoothly. Highly recommend staying here for a worry-free experience!

This place was perfect for our family! It's on the ground floor, so super easy to get to from the parking lot, and right by the clubhouse pool – awesome! Parking is ₱300 overnight, but it was totally worth it for how clean and well-equipped the unit was. The kitchen had everything we needed, the water pressure was great, and even a washing machine! We'd definitely stay here again if we're back in Davao.

Lovelyn Place was perfect for our family of 7. They also provided an airport pick up for a surcharge which was great. They were very accommodating and communication was great. The place is a little worn as opposed to the picture, but it was still very beautiful and very clean. Would highly recommend.

All good experience, very great room. I just hope a more bathroom stuff like hot and cold shower or like where we could put our clothes or toiletries. What I like the most is a lot of streaming apps like netflix, disney plus, max. Also, a lot of extra beds and bedsheet.

The place was a lot bigger than what I expected. Most condos in the Phils are small but this place was like a combo of two- one bedroom. The view is nice because you are looking down the large swimmimg pool and the cabana. AC in both bedrooms are great. The arts and furniture are good and matching everything; from dining table, sofa and bed. The only thing that is not to my standard is the cold shower. No hot water. The water is not that really cold but I am so used to a hot shower, so it is cold for me The street market is walking distance only. My stay was great and I highly recommended it.
