Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, market, kids park, pickle ball and 5 restaurants from the house. A 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a indoor game room with table games, outside is corn hole and frisbee golf. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and BBQ. Backdoor hiking and TRT trail crosses our street. Ask about free shuttle from house directly to (sherwood chair) Alpine and Palisades and a yr round free shuttle into Tahoe city from house*

Gourmet kitchen, large outdoor deck for entertaining, a GARAGE with a W/D, a cozy Gas fireplace, AND all within WALKING distance to: beautiful public sandy beaches, golf course, restaurants, cafe's, walking/hiking/biking/XC ski trails, a gorgeous park and a 24/Hr Safeway grocery store. Kings Beach is 2 minutes away, Northstar Resort is only 9 minutes away, Truckee is 15 min and Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows 20 min.

Great little Cabin in beautiful Tahoe Pines with private homeowners pier and beach. 7-10 Minute walk to the lake and pier, eagle rock, 1 block to the bike path, close to trails in Blackwood canyon and Ward Creek! Very quiet, level and easy to access location. The house has 1 bedroom upstairs and one downstairs each with queen beds. There’s also a common area upstairs with 2 twin beds. There is one bathroom with shower and laundry. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Parking for 2 cars max.
