A beautiful property on the golf course! We stayed here for a multi-family ski trip and the double en-suite bedrooms were perfect. They are very responsive to messages. The hot tub unfortunately wasn't working on the day of arrival, but the owners/management were very prompt and attentive on sending someone out to inspect it and fix it, even for a weekend. The house is very homey and the kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, appliances. A few of the bathrooms have heated floors which was a nice perk. Shuttle to Northstar is very easy to use with the app and picks up at the end of the driveway.

We had the absolute best time here! The house is somehow even nicer in person than it looks online. It was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds and couches were so comfortable and check-in / check- out process were so smooth! Cannot say enough good things about this house and our experience. We will definitely be coming back here!

The Duggan’s place was exactly like the pictures. Home was clean and had everything that was needed for our stay. Duggan was very helpful if we had any questions and responded quickly. The day before check out we received severe weather warnings & Duggan was willing to work with us to stay a day longer if the roads weren’t drivable. Over all it was a very peaceful stay and felt very homey.

Loved that we had our own snow hill in the yard. We did not have to leave the home. Lux Villa always promptly responded to all my questions. Would book again.

The place is wonderful and definitely a rare find. Peaceful yet shops and bus to Northstar were within walking distance. Boyd was an awesome host and great to communicate with. We’re already thinking of coming in the summer as the hoa center pool is across the street.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about this rental, from the very kind and considerate hosts, to the ease of check in and check out, and the high quality of this rental. First and most importantly, the place was immaculately clean. It was incredibly well stocked, much better than the average airbnb - we especially appreciated the two types of coffee makers (Keurig and standard), the blender and electric teapot, it was well stocked with all the utensils and kitchen tools we could have needed, there was a massive clean garage with a high ceiling so we could fit our car in with our Thule cargo box. We appreciated the spaciousness of the house, including the hallways and walkways - we had four adults and two kids and things just felt easy and comfortable. There was a great grocery story (Holiday Market) a 1.5 minute ride away from the house. It was a beautiful, cozy place - we had a great experience! We will hope this place is available for our next trip to Tahoe!

Thank you for a great stay! Being located that close to the village and able to walk right onto the slopes was key. The team was also super responsive and helpful when we got snowed in for an extra day and had to extend our stay. We hope to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property was just as described. It was very close to Mt. Rose for our skiing trip. We highly recommend!

We had such a great time at Beth’s place! She was EXTREMELY accommodating to us and our pups. The house is very spacious and was comfortable for our family of 8. Kitchen was FULLY equipped which allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals and they provided many board games that our family enjoyed playing. The fenced backyard was also such a perk for the doggo’s to run around and for us to even build a snowman out there. Tube Tahoe was also only 7 min away!! DEFINITELY, would recommend Beth’s place to anyone visiting the beautiful South Lake Tahoe.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Glass House! It was just as beautiful as the pictures promised! The amenities were fantastic, and we particularly loved the hot tub and sauna, which provided the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the chef's kitchen was a fantastic bonus for preparing meals. Communication with our host was quick and convenient, making the check-in process seamless. This home is ideal for a ski weekend, offering plenty of entertainment and relaxation options right within the house. We would absolutely love to come back and rent this spot again in the future!

Unbelievable property. Our family of five was in town for a long weekend and the Tiki house was highlight of the trip. The water was a bit to cold to use the kayaks and paddle boards but the four bikes were perfect for the two mile path around the lake. A short walk to the mall and movie theater. With our daughter in year one at UNR, we will be making many more trips to Reno. The Tiki house or it's sister property, the Pirate house will be our first choice. The host, T'Jon was very easy to get ahold of when we had a couple questions. 100% 5 Star property.

Chris let us check in early. That was much appreciated. We did not realize we could walk across the street to Gar Woods.. a restaurant we frequent when we visit Tahoe. The place was clean and matched the photos. We used all 4 bedrooms for our 3 families and enjoyed spending time together. We lucked out on both weather and traffic.

Kevin and Jennifer's stay was very comfortable, clean, and great location! they were very responsive and were flexible with our travel plans. We loved the location as we snowboarded every day and it was convenient to utilize the Northstar shuttle and be at the mountain in less than 10 mins! Rooms and beds were comfortable for our group of 8 ppl. We enjoyed the hot tub and massage chair as great bonuses after a day of snowboarding. Would definitely stay here again! We had such a great stay here with family and friends over the weekend! The cabin was beautiful, in a great location, and the host was super friendly and responsive. One thing that really stood out was how well-stocked everything was, which isn’t something we’ve typically seen at other Airbnbs. The kitchen had everything we needed, from pots and pans to coffee machines, spices, and seasonings, which was perfect since we did a lot of cooking. Just a heads-up if you’re a coffee person: they provide the machines but not the coffee, so be sure to bring your own! The place was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus. We loved that there were tons of games, activities, and even outdoor gear to keep everyone entertained. You can tell the host really cares about the guest experience, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Anette's home was absolutely fantastic! The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for walks with the family and dogo. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our stay a truly memorable experience. The place is HUGE! Everyone can have their own private space. The kitchen is fantastic, with plenty of room, and the stovetop will make you want to cook!

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

We stayed here during a race in Lake Tahoe. My family and accompanying friend and family loved it. Although it got warm in the main living area and upstairs in the summer, the fans in each room helped manage that. The place was clean and the nearby pool was great for the kids, and parents to relax. Would definitely come back!

Melissa was amazing! Super communicative with us and very accommodating. Her place was perfect for our girls ski weekend, just 10-15 minutes from Palisades and only 5 minutes to the downtown area. The Airbnb was so cozy & had plenty of bed spots which was great for 8 ppl. The kitchen is fully stocked - coffee tea sugar spices etc. & bathrooms were very clean with tons of extra towels! The hot tub was right outside the Airbnb & Melissa also supplied beach towels for us to use. Would highly recommend anyone families/friends staying here! Would definitely come again

Se tiene que seguir un reglamento dentro del departamento bastante estricto. Tienes que leerlo antes de contratar este departamento, ya que los cargos económicos por no seguir las reglas son altos. Si estás acostumbrado a seguir las reglas en tu casa este es el departamento ideal para ti. Pero si tu propósito del viaje es disfrutar de unas vacaciones en familia y con amigos, donde no todos siguen las reglas, este NO es el departamento que deberías de rentar, ya que hay algunas difíciles de hacer, por ejemplo, dejar todas las toallas que usaste lavadas, secas y dobladas como las encontraste, si están acostumbrados a bañarse por la mañana, el último día no lo podrán hacer, ya que no habría tiempo para lavarlas (y sino haces esto hay una multa económica). También con platos y vasos de la cocina, el último día ya no podrás desayunar porque se tienen que lavar en el lavavajillas (obligatorio lavarlos ahí, sino lo haces hay multa económica). Estos son algunos ejemplos, pero hay más. Saludos

Very clean, comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was lovely. I liked that it was a short walk to the village. The hot tub was very nice. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time at Christine's cabin! We were there for skiing at Diamond Peak (just up the road) and got very lucky with snow coming down just before and during our stay. Kids were even able to sled right in front of the cabin! The place is very clean and has everything you need. We didn't need to contact Christine during the stay, but she was always responsive so I assume if we had, she'd have gotten right back to us. Highlights of the cabin were definitely the location, the 3 floors with bdrm and bathroom on each (separate, private spaces for everyone...we were a family of 9), and overall cleanliness. The bedding, carpeting and furniture were overall as clean as any airbnb I've stayed in. We had a great stay and will definitely look to return!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

We stayed at the Gezelling House during Thanksgiving week. We absolutely loved the place. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The house is spacious, clean, the kitchen is superb! The bedrooms are comfortable, it is a wonderful place! It is well equipped with everything you need. We had a lovely and cozy holiday, spending time together as a family. Awesome memories were created in this place. Its location is very convenient, a few minutes from downtown Truckee, a few minutes from Northstar. There is also a new grocery store about 6 minutes away. We look forward to our next trip to Truckee, and to staying at the Gezelling house again! 💕

Oh the drama of trying to organize a family vacation! The schedule comparing, the confirming of who is going, the choices of where exactly to go and what exactly to do, the closing one's eyes and praying quickly that the place you stay is as good as it looks online! And then, you arrive at Brockway Springs and- its perfect! Gated (safe and private), on the lake (views and lovely lapping wave sounds), amenity laden (lovely pool, dock, diving platform, etc), just a walk to Kings Beach for Whitecaps Pizza and mini golf. I was there for my 25th anniversary, and can't imagine it could've gone any better. Ella Callow
