Great place! very charming, relaxing, peaceful! No problem feeling right at home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Here are a few pointers for those who are planning to stay here: - Its pretty far from grocery / convenience stores - about 30 minutes one way. Do your homework before you get to the place, and try to get all the supplies you will need ahead of time. - The bathrooms are Jack and Jill's so if you're going to a big event - in our case a wedding, make sure that you have a bathroom plan in place as you will have to make sure both sides of the door are ready for who is going to take their time first. No biggie if you're used to j&j bathroom arrangements. I totally recommend this place for a group of 4 - 6 who want together time to relax!

We had a wondferful time with extended family at this beautiful spot where you're surrounded by nature and expansive views from inside and outside the house. The views of the water and sunsets are breathtaking. The house has everything needed to cook family meals and share a comfortable and revitalizing time.

What a gem! My daughters and I loved our week spent here. The home is a true beauty with all the charm of a seaside getaway. All of the amenities truly made it feel like home, and the kitchen is amazing! Everything was streamlined and easy, the host was wonderfully responsive, and the home had such a friendly, warm, relaxing feel to it. It was such a terrific experience through and through, I would highly recommend taking full advantage of this beaut!

This house really is a beauty. Our family had a great stay here. The kids loved the double bunk bedroom and playroom. And Ryan really does a great job of being responsive and providing all the toiletries and supplies you may need while traveling (but may have forgotten to bring). We loved it and would absolutely stay here again.

A perfect home for a stay in a charming town. Far enough from the main strip to be private, but close enough to walk or ride a bike to the city center. The host was communicative and responded very quickly if we had any questions.

Convenient for working on a boat in Oxford. Less expensive than staying in Oxford.

Perfect location in town. Clean and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the snacks and coffee.

Larry was a fantastic host. He was flexible with our check-in given that we arrived several hours later than planned due to traffic. He went through the entire apartment with us and offered great recommendations for dinner. Larry was responsive to all requests/questions—a definite return location.

We could not be more pleased! The property was beautiful, clean, and spacious. Don’t let the fact that it’s above a restaurant fool you. The ceilings are high, there is ample space and privacy, and the layout and decor is superb. But the best part of our visit was the incredibly responsive host who answered our questions (even if they were silly) and clearly wanted to ensure our comfort. We will love to come back and are already recommending this rental to friends and family!

We actually ended up staying at another property of Mary’s because of a boiler issue at the original place. Mary got in touch immediately & offered an upgrade for the price of our original stay. She made sure we got everything we needed, sending over supplies & solving an issue with the tv. A super responsive host and we much appreciated that! The place we ended up at was right on the Choptank River with gorgeous views and even ducks to feed!!! (Mary supplied the duck food!) A great, relaxing stay!!

Exactly as pictured. We loved our stay here in St. Michael’s! It’s newly renovated and you step out of the door right in the heart of downtown St. Michael’s. Would definitely stay again!!

What a wonderful place for a peaceful, lakeside getaway. Upon entering the space i immediately wanted to move in! So cozy and spacious with great natural light. I loved watching the sun set beyond the lake. Kevin was a gracious and responsive host. I felt very welcome and cared for. Highly recommend!

We loved it here!!! We even added an extra night!!! Everything was absolutely perfect- we loved sitting on the porch and having a glass of wine every night! Jill was so accommodating- would love to come back someday ❤️
