Only 5 minutes off the motorway (1.5 hr from Edinburgh,1 hr from Glasgow & 45mins from Carlisle) it's a perfect en route stopover but even better for a week! Welcome!

Perfect for a family holiday, a romantic weekend break or for walkers/cyclists wanting a base in the borders. It has a woodburning stove, extremely comfortable beds and glorious views from every window. The Megget Reservoir, St Mary’s Loch, and wonderful walks and cycling are on the doorstep.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms. The antique four poster bed, deep roll top bath and open fire evoke earlier times, but are truly comfortable and luxurious. An elegant table is set for breakfast. Peebles is 10 minutes walk away, with a host of shops and restaurants, as well as a museum and award winning chocolatier.
