The place was exactly as described. The caretaker was very helpful and welcomed us with a wonderful cup of tea. Prem was also very responsive. The bonfire was arranged upon request. We had a wonderful stay. Definitely recommended for people who are coming to Yercaud to chill and relax in a group.

it was an incredible experience. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, making it a perfect getaway spot. The well-maintained lawn was a delightful place to relax. What truly stood out was the delicious food prepared there. Every meal was flavorful and satisfying, and the barbecue was a real highlight of the stay. The evenings around the bonfire, enjoying good food and great company, created unforgettable memories. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in Kodaikanal.

Basil teacher, as she's known around, is one of the most meticulous hosts we've come across. The place is surrounded by lush sylvan and the Meenachil river. It's quiet and wonderful. The quarters we stayed in has such an amusing history to it. It's got beautiful furniture that are at least 70 years old. The home where Teacher resides is over 170 years old and is a stellar construction. Basil teacher is a generous and thoughtful host. We had informed her that one of us has an ankle injury, and coincidentally or not, we found an ice pack in the refrigerator. The kichenette has everything you need. Despite it, she'll happily offer coffee in the morning. The breakfast is heavenly. Special thanks to Shyamala chechi as well, who is the helper. Teacher will also tell you a bit of local history which is very interesting. In all, it was a wonderful and peaceful stay for us.

My family had a lovely stay at Alex house. It is a beautiful place with everything you need. David, our contact, was always available to answer questions and to help with logistics. The house was kept spotless by daily housekeeping which for us having three kids was great. Thanks for having us!

We had a fantastic stay. The place was comfortable, and the neighborhood was pleasant. The house was as described, with all listed amenities. If you are looking for a place with a serene atmosphere and fresh air, this is the place. Bharathapuzha and a few temples are within walking distance. The host was very responsive. The caretaker, Kuttan Chettan, was super helpful. He provided delicious Kerala food at a nominal price. We would love to come back here. NB: You can enjoy beautiful paintings too.

The house is in very good locality and rooms are value for money. I stayed there for 1 month and did not faced any issues in between my stay. Amith and neha were very responsive, responded very quickly to my queries during stay. Everything were made available before in the room before my stay started. Best for couples and if planning for longer stay. Room is at terrace, so have very good views of sky from the terrace

A memorable stay, we enjoyed every moment spent, walk in paddy fields, stroll and cycling by the river, the morning and evening boat rides. the best part was the complimentary boat pick and drop, my kids loved it. Well when we as a group of old friends decided to meet for a reunion and were looking for a place to spend an entire day reliving byogone days, we ended up our search at this place just an hour away from city. What a place! That was our reaction as soon as we entered the premises. The structures within the area are tastefully designed and placed giving prominence to the greenery. We were welcomed by Sandeep: our host and gave a brief about what we would be in for. He was warm and suave and we connected instantly. We had the entire property to ourselves and we indulged in playing Futsal in the lawn area, reminiscing and having lots of banters. We were assisted by 2 caretakers who are always present to tend to your needs at any point in time. The food was top notch and we also had some BBQ during night time along with great music and projector in the lounge area. Although we didn't use the swimming pool and thus missing out, it was clean and was designed perfectly with artificial water f

Had a great stay. Veena was very responsive and the caretaker was quite helpful. the caretaker arranged everything properly from bonefire to kitech utensils and helping with getting a few last minute groceries from nearby shop. Overall, we had a blast. Highly recommended

I and my cousins stayed at Arun’s place and the stay is just perfect. Tucked right next to the forest. The place is in Sultan Bathery and easy to find. Its the perfect place to give the feels of forest stay. Our cottage was at the last and behind the door was just the forest. Yet it had good running hot water, clean sheets, bathrooms. The place even had common swimming pool and they even arrange for a fire . It can easily accommodate 4-6 ppl. The caretaker Zanoof was very prompt and helpful even bringing food during downpour. Also swiggy delivers right to your cottage if one wants to order. Would recommend if u want to just chill and be away from city chaos.

I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fantastic time at Tranquil Waters. It is as named, an incredibly tranquil and relaxing place to stay, beautifully located projecting into the lake and surrounded by a lush garden. The house is very comfortable and we were looked after by both Geeta who cooks amazingly and Sumesh who can arrange boat trips and kayaking. This is all orchestrated by Jacob who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Our stay at this beach house was an absolute dream! It was the perfect getaway with amazing beach views and a beautiful garden that made our mornings so serene. The house itself was very clean and well maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Rafica, the host, was outstanding in her communication. She promptly answered all our questions and concerns, ensuring we felt at ease throughout our stay. Special mention to Settu, the caretaker, and the diligent cleaning crew who went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests promptly. Easily one of the best stays, you can find on Airbnb along the East coast road. The hospitality was too good. The caretakers at the property were genuinely concerned about us and accompanied us even during late night walks to the private beach. I had my doubts during booking as there are no good restaurants nearby the accommodation, but the food prepared by the cooks were too good. We ended up eating both dinner and breakfast at the Bnb! Pool slide, ATV, Kayak, Cycles, outdoor games were standout of this place! Thank you Venkat for hosting us!
