L’appartement de Kamiron est joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Quant à l’emplacement… La plage est sublime et peu fréquentée. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis immédiatement chez nous. Super adresse!

This place did not disappoint my husband and I. The unit was newly remodeled and so well done, organized and attentions to details for guest conveniences. We loved it !

Thank you so much for a great couple of days! We brought our scooters and grabbed dinner & hit the gorgeous beach! The place was exactly as described and all peaceful vibes! Will return again in fall for another staycation 🤍

If I could give this Airbnb 10 stars, I absolutely would! Lysette was an exceptional host—warm, responsive, and made everything seamless. The location is stunning—just steps from the beach and surrounded by charming streets perfect for walking, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself is adorable, beautifully maintained, and spotless. I can’t recommend this place highly enough—it truly exceeded all expectations!

Our stay was great! We were able to rent loungers and umbrellas making it easy and comfortable to be on the beach. The location is one of the best units in the complex with a direct view of the beach. It was wonderful to watch the sunset comfortably from the balcony each night.

The house was well stocked and very clean. The pool was at a perfect temperature and also clean. Location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches. Great for a family vacation with little ones. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only downside (to be expected) is the number of biting bugs in the morning/evening - there were no outdoor screened in areas, and there were a lot of raccoons that came into the backyard at night. Not a great place to spend nights outside, but this is discouraged by the host understandably, as the house is in a neighborhood with mostly locals. All in all it was a great experience and we would recommend it to friends/family, and stay again.

El apartamentico era un amor cuando llegamos, todo limpio, ordenado y con las amenidades necesarias y MAS. Solo me apago un poco la emoción que esperaba de tener VISTA AL MAR, y no...ES INTERIOR... No tienes esa vista que buscas..Por lo demas la playa y la localidad un colirio a los ojos. Espectacular 👌 🥰

Great location. Good amenities for the price. Dishwasher was not working and Anna got us a dish rack right away. Extremely communicative and timely in response.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

The property is incredibly cozy and perfectly located just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Jimmy and his wife were fantastic hosts, offering great recommendations for places to visit and where to find delicious local food. This house was perfect for our spring break mother daughter trip. The morning sunrise over the bay with a Nespresso coffee on the deck couldn’t be beat! The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and it was nice to be able to use the lounge chairs and bar/food service at Caddy’s. The sunsets from the beach are amazing. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. It was nice having three bathrooms and a beautiful kitchen. There is a bedroom on the main floor for guests who may have issues going up the spiral staircase with luggage. Priscilla was so friendly, accommodating and very quick to respond.

We absolutely loved this place! Literally walk right to the beach in under a minute! Marks place was extremely clean, very organized and well thought out! I also noticed this particular section of the beach wasn’t very busy. I believe it’s due to it only being residential in the vicinity, which made for nice, peaceful and quiet days on the beach. we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a welcome card and some chocolates which made for a wonderful touch. Everything we needed was there and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Already planning when we can return again!!

The house is located right off the bay with its own beach. Great back deck for sitting and watching the sunrise or just relaxing and listening to the waves. The house is easy to get to and find, It also seems to be a bit quieter on that side of the island.

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Perfect. That’s how we would describe this home. Here is our Family Top 7 list. 1. The home was exactly as described. Several areas to sit outside and watch the water, boats and sunrise/sunset. We had breakfast outside at the large dining table several times. 2. A 5 to 7 minute walk to the beach and the home is equipped with all of the beach essentials. Easy walk especially if you have little ones or a stroller. 3. The host had a large detailed binder with everything you need during your visit. From great areas to park, restaurants and places to go. She was also super responsive. We never had to wait more than 3 minutes for a response to any of our messages. 4. The home was super clean and well stocked. Also very easy to get inside when we arrived. 5. TVs in every room allowed our son some downtime between outings. And each bedroom had a ceiling fan. 6. The Thermostats were easy to operate and there were plenty of clean towels and wash clothes. 7. The area is extremely safe and quiet.

What an amazing little gem of a place!This Airbnb is small but was the absolute perfect place for our small family of 4. Newly remodeled and BEAUTIFUL on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Decor very cute. You can see the beach from the couch and kitchen. It was perfect as we have kids. They are older but we still don’t feel comfortable with them alone at the beach. Rachel’s place is so close I could send them down to the beach and see them from the house easily. We had breakfast outside at the outdoor table every morning watching the dolphins. Watched the sunset right from the porch lounge chairs every night. The other units seem to be getting renovated (likely from hurricane). The people there working were quiet and didn’t disturb our stay at all. Parking is a bit tight for this particular unit. The assigned spot is the end by a wall and some trees. In order to get out on the passenger side you have to fight the tree. Luckily, parking wasn’t full but if other units are occupie
