The Warragi complex consists of five luxury townhouses perched high on the hill overlooking the Coral Sea. The elevated position (entering from Pratt Court), provides unobstructed panoramic ocean views, spanning from Moreton Island to Cylinder Beach. Warragi unit two is set over three levels, with each of the three bedrooms having their own bathroom. The townhouse comfortably sleeps six, and a trundle bed will cater for a seventh guest. Easy walk to boat ramp and jetty for swimming, fishing & dolphin spotting. You can often observe koalas and kangaroos around our property from the large deck. My husband and I have a granny flat downstairs which is completely separate to your space upstairs.
