Amazing place in an amazing part of the world, hosted by beautiful people. The place was as described, squeaky clean, close to the Taupō township. But not too close so you are away from the hustle and bustle. Lynne’s place has beautiful views of the Great Lake. Was quite helpful with local cultural, nature, and dining recommendations. Ken was quick to reply to initial request to book and very prompt to respond to communication during our stay. Lovely accommodation in peaceful neighbourhood with access to everything you might need & great riverside walking, we’d have booked for longer if we’d known!

Exceeded our expectations - well-equipped, warm, beautiful, lots of room yet so cosy - perfect holiday home for our family getaway. The stunning view we got to wake up to was definitely the cherry on top. Bev is also super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back!

A very handy location to stay overnight if you are planning to climb the Tongariro alpine cross! Shelley is super sweet giving crystal clear instructions pre-check-in. The place accommodation itself just feels like home. Highly recommend!

The home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 3’s needs. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would reconsider if we were to visit again. Property managers were responsive, helpful and gracious. One minor issue - we felt that ‘there were too many rules’ - this didn’t take away from our overall strongly positive impression, however. Walkable distance to the town and good options for meals - The Cypress Tree and Osteria Ohakune were excellent.

House is nice and modern with a beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. It was very comfortable and Kimberly was very quick to respond.
