Upstairs: large bedroom with en-suite shower and small twin bedroom. (Guests using the twin room will need to access the shower room via the main bedroom).The Annexe also consists of a private and quiet courtyard garden. To keep your costs as low as possible, we do not charge a cleaning fee. Parking onsite.

Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs. THE BARN at Brookfield Farm, Walberton

The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.

Bedroom has a super king bed that can change into twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed to transform into another bedroom along with tea/coffee facilities & small fridge. Suitable for family's of all aged children. Near to Goodwood for horse racing & motor events, Chichester festival theatre & West Wittering beach.
