The Stables cottage is located on a farm, 6 miles outside New Cumnock, East Ayrshire. The Cottage has one double room and one twin bedroom. A lounge, shower room and modern kitchen with breakfast bar. The cottage has a large enclosed garden to the front with driveway parking for approximately three cars. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. Children are welcome. Travel cot, highchair etc are available on request. Pets are also welcome with prior arrangement.

Springwell cottage has been recently renovated. Centrally heated with living room underfloor heating and a wood burning stove. Can sleep 4 adults and 2 infants or 2 adults and 2 children. We accept a max of 2 well behaved dogs no larger than a Labrador. Separate garden for guests use. Safe little beach and swings just across the road . Start of the Goatfell path 5 min walk away. Cottage on an Ayrshire Farm

Recently renovated bungalow on a working farm near Gatehead Village in Ayrshire. It sleeps 4 people over 2 bedrooms. One with a King sized bed and en-suite and the other a twin room with two 'small double' beds. The cottage is a 500m walk to the fantastic Cochrane restaurant and bar where you will not be disappointed by the local sourced menu. We are a busy working farm here at New Bogside and tours are available. Dogs welcome but additional fees apply.

Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The garden has various sitting areas strategically positioned to catch the sun. The private driveway leads to the house and there is parking for three vehicles.

The Annexe is within a conservation village, on the first floor it has shower room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and there is also a fold down bed with linen kept in cupboard under stairs On the ground floor there is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, living area with bifold doors leading to patio area.
