The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. It takes 5min of walk to supermarkets; 10min to University and City Hall in old town; farmer's market, shopping centers and V-Spa in downtown; 15min to Estonian National Museum and 20min to Ahhaa! science center and Aura water park.

Siin on eriti tore peatuda perel, aga usun, et mõnus ja õdus on siin kõigil. Kvaliteetse projektori ja helisüsteemiga on mõnus filmiõhtuid teha ning laud on ideaalses suuruses lauamängudeks. Väiksema seltskonnaga on mõnus ka pikemalt aega veeta.

Kui otsid kohta, kus linnamüra kaob ja saab päriselt puhata, siis see saunamaja on just Sulle ja Su perele. Avaras aias saab grillida, tennist mängida, kasutada kümblustünni (lisaraha eest), käia saunas ja niisama puhata. Suurem pere või sõpruskond saab majutuda lisaks kämpingus või oma telgis. The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
