This place was stunning, my family loved being here. Pictures do not do it justice. Would recommend and would stay again.

Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

We had a lovely stay. The space is light and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and even little extras like ice in the freezer 🙂 We would definitely stay again, it was lovely.

Amazing apartment very close to the centre of Lyme Regis. Very clean and comfortable beds and linen. Nice big bathroom. Great communication. Highly recommended :)

Hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Bath. Super Lage und alles war gut zu Fuß machbar. Auch für unsere Kinder war die Wohnung toll, sie haben sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Toll eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Nach vorne lag eine lebhafte Straße, die aber dank guter Fenster null gestört hat. Die kleine Gasse vor der Unterkunft war etwas schmutzig, aber sonst eine nette Gegend mit kleinen Shops und coolem Bagelladen nebenan. Parken ist etwas tricky, aber wir haben immer einen umsonst gefunden im naheliegenden Wohngebiet und sind dann einfach zu Fuß gegangen. Bath und Tinas Unterkunft sind definitiv eine Reise wert.

The location is very central and easy to get to. It’s a peaceful gated area with great access to shops, cafes and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, the bedrooms were spotless and we instantly felt comfortable. Would definitely like to stay here again.

We had the most amazing time! Lyme Regis is truly worth a visit. Absolutely beautiful with lots of restaurants and extremely dog friendly. Richards place is perfect so near to the seafront with a parking place that once there you don’t need your car so it’s brilliant !! As parking is costly and not much parking around. The home is spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful view from the decking. Probable the best place to stay in Lyme Regis. We will definitely be back.

Great location, with excellent views, and easy walk to the city. The flat was spotless on arrival, with everything that you could need for a few days away. Private, off road parking is a huge selling point for the property. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided us with excellent info, treats and everything we could as for, always on hand to help and keen to make your stay as comfortable as possible. As a few previous guests have mentioned, we did have some noise issues with the upstairs neighbours being quite loud and very heavy footed at times, mainly in the evening, however this is beyond the control of the hosts, but may be worth taking into account if you are looking for a quiet getaway. However, if you are OK with some upstairs noise, this is definitely a great spot for a break, with excellent cafes, views and restaurants with Bath on the doorstep.

David and Pamela were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. We stayed for 1 night and all went as well as the description stated. Thank you for your hospitality and would recommend staying at their apartment. Easy parking and close to town and amenities.

We had a lovely few days in this apartment over New Year with our dog. The place is perfectly located for accessing the town and beaches, exactly as described, very clean and comfortable. Thanks again!

Place has been done to a very high standard and has everything you need and more !! Melvin really friendly guy , wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone going to Weston-Super-Mare ! Enjoyed my stay there.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

We had a great stay in a really well appointed apartment in a good spot in town. It was so easy to arrive, park, find our way in and work out important things like the heating. The space was really clean, nicely decorated and furnished, and there were lots of little touches that showed our host was really considerate and had thought about what would make the stay comfortable. Loads of great info in the welcome folder. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Very well equipped, love the proper coffee machine (with beans provided), and breakfast included was a nice touch (frozen pastries, cereal and fresh milk). Beds were comfortable, linen was good quality. It’s near the road, but well insulated and we didn’t notice any noise. The whole place was nice and clean. Parking was right outside the patio doors, so easy to unload, which is not a given in Bath. I guess you’d call it functional rather than luxurious (white walls, white tiles etc), but you can’t complain about that at this price point and it was just as it looks in the photos. Our Uber into the city centre for dinner was less than £10. Communication was spot on. Can’t really fault it.

Julian’s place is one of the best I have stayed in years. As a host, he was very responsive to our queries. Days beforr our check in, he reminded us of a half-marathon that will happen in Bath, which we find very thoughtful so we can expect the changes in personal plans. During a problem with the temperature in the bathroom, he immediately fixed it in an hour. The place is very clean and spacious for four of us. It only takes 5-15 minute walk to the City Center and other attractions. He has a guest book where all the necessary info are there- from basic room infos, cab contact numbers, local attractions and resto recommendations. In general, Julian’s place is something I will recommend to my friends when they go to Bath. I might comeback again and stay in his place- one of these days! ☺️

Me and my partner loved the place, we wanted something intimate to celebrate our engagement and it was just perfect. The bonus was even the hot tub, just loved every minute of it. Can’t wait to come back again because we loved our stay so much. Definitely looking forward to come back again. Quiet location, able to go for walks and just enjoy the nature. Thank you Teresa for the little basket for breakfast and the bottle of Prosecco 🥂 it was the cherry on top. Hope to see you again soon.

Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a wonderful, comfortable stay. The place was spotless and communication was seamless. Beautiful products in the shower and great coffee in the kitchen! The hot tub was a great touch for the children. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you so much we will recommend!

Had an absolutely amazing stay and Susan was informative and made the whole experience as relaxing as possible. Amazing views at the location and the hot tub made it even better. Cannot fault a single thing with this location and we will definitely be booking again! Would definitely recommend to others.

Stayed here for the weekend for my friend’s birthday. Was such a lovely chilled weekend with the hot tub. Felt very homely with the dogs and cats always around to greet us. Loved the parrots. This place is amazing as were Rosemary and Ian. Will definitely be back again. Beautiful place with lots of places near by. Thank you Rosemary and Ian, see you again soon 😀
