La habitación «Suite», orientada al este, está equipada con una gran cama doble, dos mesillas de noche, un armario y un portaequipajes. Dispone de cuarto de baño privado. Tiene un gran balcón con vistas a Conceição y a la sierra de Tavira. El dormitorio doble, orientado al sur, tiene una cama de matrimonio grande, dos mesillas de noche y un armario grande con espacio para el equipaje. Tiene un balcón orientado al sur y acceso a la terraza a través de una escalera de caracol exterior con vistas al mar y a Tavira. Habitación doble con 2 camas individuales que se pueden combinar para formar una cama doble grande, y gran armario con espacio para equipaje. Orientación oeste con ventana con vistas a Tavira y al campo, donde se pueden ver conejos jugando por la mañana a las 7h. Hay un cuarto de baño para estas 2 habitaciones en la 1ª planta. La planta baja tiene un cuarto de baño de servicio, una cocina totalmente equipada y una sala de estar con mesa de comedor y dos grandes sofás cama convertibles. Hay 3 puertas francesas que dan al patio y al comedor exterior. En la entrada, hay un porche y una plaza de aparcamiento para el coche. Tiene acceso gratuito a WIFI, TV, NETFLIX y AMAZON PRIME. Hay 2 bicicletas disponibles de forma gratuita.
