We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

I had a wonderful stay at the cottage hosted by Gill. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she cares about her guests. The personalised welcoming card was a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. The cottage itself was well-equipped and had plenty of space for our needs. I especially appreciated the addition of cozy robes, which came in handy after our relaxing sessions in the hot tub. Overall, the combination of thoughtful details and comfortable accommodations made for an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

great stay at Holls in Princetown. it was the perfect location to explore exmoor. holls was super welcoming with a thorough list of recommendations. also a couple good pubs in the village in walking distance

We had such a lovely stay at the lodges, after not very many holidays having 3 young children this was the perfect fit. So much close by - farm park, beaches but also some amazing restaurants too. In the evening when kids are tucked up you can sit under the well styled and beautifully lit and thought out balcony watching the 'nightlife'. It was most certainly the break we needed and one we will remember for a very long time.

A Lovely well maintained bungalow and Helen and Jon were wonderful hosts. Very welcoming and the bungalow had literally everything we needed. I had brought things that Helen had already thought of which was lovely. Even down to fresh bread, milk, butter eggs and beautiful scones with clotted cream and Jam. The bungalow was lovely and clean and everything was supplied for, even for our cocker spaniel Rocky. The book of information was brilliant and had everything you needed to know about the area, amenities and places of interest and in the the bungalow. Helen and Jon were very helpful and nothing was too much bother. We would certainly recommend to friends and family and come again to stay!! Bude is a beautiful part of Cornwall and we would definitely be back.

We booked a really last minute holiday and arrived within a few hours of booking. The place was absolutely beautiful and so many comfortable places to chill around the house. The location was perfect as well, just what we were after! One of the best holidays we've had as a family!

Enjoyed a great stay with the family, including 6 year olds, parents and grandparents. The house was superbly presented with everything you need, a short walk from the beech and cafes, and in a great location. Was perfect for what we were looking for!

Really peaceful, and hot tub fantastic. Barbecue and fire pit plus converted sheep trailer for drying clothes and boots etc all really practicle, and well thought out by the host. Highly recommended.

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

Just got back from Exmouth following stay in Kate's place. Really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed. Place was warm and cosy. First time away with dog and no problems. After a a day of walking perfect to come back to. Would highly recommend and will be on our list to return to. Jane and family

The cottage is in a lovely location with great views from one of the double bedrooms and the conservatory and driveway. It felt very homely with the fire very useful, comfy sofas, thick stone walls. Kitchen is a little small but has everything needed, and has a spacious dining area attached. Comfortably fits 6, even 7 with sofa bed, though the two single bed mattresses feel a bit old. It was at a discounted price however with some more work said to be needed. Lovely woodland walk on the doorstep and coast very close. Very quiet and peaceful. Didn’t find pre-warned damp much of an issue. Amy was helpful and attentive though being in a different time zone. Appreciated the private space. A good find.

This place is a gem! Fabulous host and amazing apartment. Struggled to manoeuvre our car( Jeep) into the secure space but we managed to and this is no reflection whatsoever on the place. So close to the beach, the town , coastal walks. Everything you could ask for. Even a little sun- trap decking area outside. Comfy bed, powerful shower with hot water. Didn’t mind even washing up as a dishwasher isn’t provided,or necessary.

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

We had a lovely stay. Sarah was very flexible with checking in and out which enabled us to make the most of our 2 night stay. The cottage is cosy and very private. we enjoyed the food at the Napoleon on our hosts recommendation and found the locals very friendly. Principally we were there to walk the coastal path, which is stunning and dramatic. The local bus service was good and reliable so we could walk one way and catch the bus back. Tintagel is an easy walk from Paradise Farm and Crackington Haven is an achievement 😎

We had a great, relaxing break at The Coppice apartment. The location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at Colehayes Park, and it made everything so convenient. The apartment was spotless, really well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host Karen was super responsive and friendly, always quick to reply to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area—highly recommended!

Really a lovely and beautifully clean caravan, with towels and bedding and all the cleaning supplies etc so no need to bring too much from home. Stunning location you fall in love with straight away. Quiet in winter but you feel safe.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Beautiful cottage on outstanding grounds, in a lovely area. Iona is so welcoming, makes the effort to say hello, show you around, give recommendations for the area-absolutely goes the extra mile for guests. The cottage does have lots of stairs and some low celings- not something I tend to have to think about at 5ft2, but I did while visiting here, my 6ft2 husband stayed too and maneuvered around the cottage better than me! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, a home from home. Iona has thought of everything to make the stay as comfotable as possible. We stayed with 2 young children (19mo and 3mo), there were lots of stairs and 1 stairgate. My 19mo mananaged all the stairs safely and really enjoyed his stay here. I would definitely book again! Such an amazing find!!

Stephen was so accommodating and helpful , a brilliant host. The accommodation is fab, my 11 year old daughter and I stayed and it was cosy and comfortable. It is located on a gorgeous camp site which is home to lots of peacocks 🦚 which was lovely. We used the accommodation as a base to see my son and friends near Padstow throughout each day, so we didn’t sit around much or even turn the TV on! But we enjoyed it and will definitely return . grateful for a lovely stay. Huge thanks.

We had such a lovely time at Sunset View. After a little blip getting started (which was very quickly resolved), we quickly settled in and felt right at home in Emily's comfortable and well thought out caravan. Devon Cliffs is a huge site but the van is in a great position in a quiet cul de sac so you're not 'on top' of other people. Only a 5 minute walk to the leisure area and shop and we had a lovely sea view when the sun came out! We really loved it and will definitely be back.

Milton was extremely helpful. We left a few things behind he couldn’t have been more helpful. Answered every message quickly. We felt really at home in the Lodge. Everything we needed and appreciated the fire as the weather suddenly turned cold. Thank you for all your help. We would love to stay again.
