It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

Children friendly with access to travel cot, high chair, push chair and toys. Pets allowed with prior permission from owners. Located in a quiet village accessible to the Lincolnshire Wolds, local market towns Louth, Horncastle, Market Rasen Race course, Lincoln Cathedral/Castle. Plenty of public footpaths around the village and a local public house.
