Nature Lovers’ and Birders’ Red Bluff River Haven

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

The Orchard House

Enjoy staying in a family owned working walnut orchard. The house is located in the middle of 16 acres of walnuts and it backs up to a Miniature Donkey Ranch. There are approximately 1200 trees and amongst them you will find peace and tranquility along with Uncle Jacks Walnut Camp, which is a a family camp ground only. There you will find picnic tables, and horse shoe pits. There is also an outdoor cat name Kittley who lives on the property, but stays outside, so please don't let her in.

This building was once a Victorian mansion, converted to very nice apartments. This is a quiet building, and would be a great retreat for traveling nurses, or utility workers. This studio apartment has a small separate kitchen, a double bed, a love seat, AC unit, walk in closet, and a 50" TV. No smoking, pets, or candles.
