• STARLIGHT Couples Mountain Retreat is on 8 acres, 5 minutes above Monitou Lake on Spruce Mountain • Broad 270° view of Valley below and Deception Mountain from covered stone patio. When you contract this suite, all three bedrooms are yours. We will not rent to anyone else while you have the dates. It is your option to bring other people, but six is our limit. We do not allow pets or children since thousands of acres of forest is out the back door and we are afraid for children's safety.

It is located at 9100 ft in a quaint mountain neighborhood. It is accessed by 2 miles of mountain dirt road. They are safe, can be rough, or have frozen precipitation year round, an AWD is needed. You will be surrounded by wildlife, pines and aspen with a view of the north face of Pikes Peak. THIS IS A TRUE MOUNTAIN NEIGHBORHOOD EXPERIENCE!

Beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom with amazing views of Pikes Peak, rock formations, and forest. This level has a private entrance and patio to enjoy the surroundings. This is the ground level attached to our main house, however there are no shared living spaces, just a shared driveway. We live in the upper level with 3 of our 6 children during the school year, Sep-May. This property is only available during that time. *We do not allow pets or events*
