Hot tub was a huge hit for my son. House was beautiful and offered fun things for the kids. Close to tons of food and shopping. Tucked away on a private street away from traffic. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Area called for worst weather in 16 years so owner came to personally check on us and make sure we felt comfortable and safe, above and beyond the call of expectation. Cannot thank them enough

My family and I enjoyed this rental while we celebrated my son's college graduation at Maryville College. This home is less than 10 minutes from the college and offers a warm, inviting environment for all in attendance. The hosts were clear on expectations and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely rent here again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julie and her place! I am so glad we had this opportunity to get away and relax and unplug. I have NEVER seen an Airbnb so well stocked...I don't even know if my own home is this stocked! :) So cozy, clean, and comfy. We enjoyed the quiet privacy, the beautiful view, the paths around the home to hike and explore, and watching college football on the porch. Even used the wood-burning fire place!! It was about a 30 minute drive to Walmart in Cullman to get groceries and it IS a dry county, so if you want any kind of alcohol, it's good to go ahead and get it, as the place is fairly remote. There are some great little market type places within a 10-15 minute drive for snacks, etc. We really had everything we needed and then some. Julie has thought of everything and has things organized and even labeled!!! Loved it. It rained a lot, but we enjoyed just relaxing with the view more than anything. Ping pong was fun on the porch too! Fabulous getaway!

If you're looking for a great place to step away from everything, this is the place. Ben and Tori have made this a very comfortable and serene spot. The view alone was worth it, add in everything else, and it's over-the-top. Thank you for providing this spot!

We were in the area for a wedding, and this was a great place to stay especially compared to hotel prices. The place is fully equipped, spacious, clean, comfy, eccentrically decorated, and has an overall good vibe. The bed was extra cozy and I slept super well! Easy parking, check-in, and checkout. I recommend this stay to others.

Paul and Veronica communicated very timely. The place was immaculate and roomy. Very nice area and short drive to Nashville. We would definitely stay here again.

I have never stayed at a more well stocked rental. If you forgot anything, no worries, she probably has it in the house! Joan left some very thoughtful, personal touches like having the heated blanket turned on for me when I arrived, a bowl of treats, etc. My favorite part is a tie between the gorgeous claw foot soaking tub which I used every night, and the beautiful view of the mountains from a large picture window. The location was really beautiful, and had a grocery store and multiple gas stations within a few miles of the house. The only thing that kept it from being perfect, was the spotty wifi, which is understandable in the mountains, but all the lighting was hooked to Google, so Google either didn't understand, or the wifi kept failing for the commands. It just seemed it took 5x as long to turn on a lamp, than simply turning the switch. I ended up unhooking the one in the bedroom during my stay. I would highly recommend this rental, and Joan is an amazing host.

The loft is beautiful and it’s location is set in a quaint downtown square. We loved it. She was quick to respond and gave us recommendations for places to eat and to see. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and would go back.

This place is a must stay if you’re in Cookeville! Great location surrounded by small businesses, restaurants, and a brewery!

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. We love to walk, but yet being just a few short blocks away from Main St meant we could walk everywhere yet have a quiet place to sleep at night. The parking, while not a dedicated spot, was never an issue - always right out front. The kitchen had just what we needed since we only planned to have breakfast each morning.

We enjoyed this peaceful location. Felt like home with a lot of amenities, clean rooms and a great value. Would stay here again for sure.

Ryan's place is really nice; private, well-appointed, comfortable and clean. It's also within walking distance to a major regional hospital. Ryan helped me out in a tough situation where I was traveling to a memorial service and had to take my dogs along because I had no other option. He's a very understanding, kind host.

This place is a 20/10. Eddie and Juan are AMAZING host. The attention to detail is remarkable.  I read all the reviews before booking this place and the 3 start review the have is totally unfair. They deserve 10 stars if possible. I'm not lying when I say that the whole time I staded here I felt like home. Eddie and Juan went above and beyond eveytime I needed it and I really appreciated the hard work they put into making the best possible experience for the guest. If you're reading this, book it without doubt... you won't regret it.

This was a nice, quaint, cozy little place to stay. There's plenty of things throughout the house that Ellen didn't need to include, but having them was a nice little touch of either convenience or aesthetic. Having it be within walking distance of Vienna and the park was a nice perk. For a simple, 2 person getaway, it was a pleasant spot to visit.

This place was great! It was nice to plan a surprise trip for some of my family and they all really enjoyed this private castle in the woods. The hosts were great and responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We were able to conveniently go to a few smaller towns nearby and we would definitely return.

My wife and I were looking for a short getaway for our 12 year anniversary. We were looking at another smaller property they had but it ended up getting booked before we made our decision. The host helped me with other options that were available and was very helpful in answering my questions making sure we would have a spot to park our boat. The house was immaculate and had a beautiful view, "dream home" if you will. Wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely be returning when we have more time and can bring the fam bc this house has plenty of room. There is plenty of room in the driveway to turn around and park a boat, there's a private ramp at the end of the road but we ended up going to a public one, about 5 minute drive, for more parking options. The only recommendation I have is maybe adding some small rope or string lights for the hot tub area. Great trip & house, look forward to returning!

Kimberly was very helpful and responsive. The Villa was perfect and close proximity to downtown Jasper. The community was gorgeous and well maintained. Thank you Kimberly for all of the help before and during our stay!

Shane’s place was beautiful! We have a large family and booked three places and it was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids scootered around the driveway, people easily went back and forth between the homes, the dogs had a blast running around and we enjoyed walking the beautiful property along the creek! We couldn’t have asked for a better location for our family reunion, and we will definitely be back!

We will definitely be back! The Villa was beautiful & the balcony view’s stunning to say the least. Added perk was i comfort mattresses in bedrooms down stairs, just like ours at home.Cassandra was a great communicator & a joy to meet. We enjoyed our stay & our dog was allowed to stay with us was icing on the cake.Highly recommend it to anyone needing a break from reality. 5stars!!!
