Surrounded by nature, our off-grid tiny house allows you to experience sustainable living while also enjoying pure luxury. The house has a full kitchen, indoor fireplace, big screen TV, instant hot water, flushing toilet, a bath on the wrap-around deck and a huge outdoor entertaining area. The property looks out to the ranges and is also home to an array of wildlife.

Close to Euroa There is a kitchenette with small bar fridge and microwave. PLEASE DO NOT USE PORTABLE COOKING DEVICES IN THE GUEST HOUSE for safety reasons. BBQ facilities and campfire pit are available in front of the guest house however fire pit not available from November due to fire restrictions

The strawbale cottage consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, coffee pod machine, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and a shower. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.

What was once our tiny family home now sits on a little farm for you to enjoy, looking over the orchard and forest. Your own driveway will lead you out to the little house, past our private residence and orchard. You can rest on the deck, lay on the grass or soak in the tub. With no WiFi or TV you can disconnect for a while and let the surrounds recharge you. Wander with the chickens in the orchard, take yourself out into the forest or explore the Yarra Valley.
