Barton Springs Haven

Two blocks from Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park, this duplex has been recently renovated and is a perfect spot for checking out everything in Austin. Walking distance to the TownLake Trail, some really great restaurants and shopping. Nice side deck for outside eating/grilling with a good size fire pit and large table with chairs. Another private deck off the back bedroom overlooking secluded tree covered yard. Includes three bedrooms, two queen beds and one king.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather.
