Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Σε απόσταση 50μ. υπάρχει φούρνος και στα 150μ. supermarket.
