If the rain keeps you inside, the same view is available from every bedroom window.

Studio, laundry, decks, yard/deck below house, 4 blocks to downtown & river. 35 steps up to the house from the street! Two night minimum. Cat with minimal care requirements. Short bio for your profile needed for booking. I can only book 6 months ahead because of life-work issues, but you can message me with dates for wait-list.

You will love the view on the huge wrap around porch that over looks the Columbia River and the iconic ''Goonies House.'' 39th pier, Rogue Brewery and Coffee Girl are all in walking distance as well as the streetcar to downtown. There is a full fridge, dishwasher, new gas stove in the kitchen. In addition, there is a totally separate downstairs apartment in a daylight basement floor that is occupied. They do not have access to the hot tub or deck. Astoria licensed.

It is a 35 minute walk or 5 minute drive into downtown Astoria and a quick 25 minute drive to the beach. Watch the deer wander through the backyard as you drink your morning coffee on your private balcony.
