Really enjoyed our stay at Jeffrey’s place. Entire place was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals including an assortment of spices, foil, etc. location was convenient. Close by airport, grocery stores, beaches, and restaurants. If you stay here be sure to check out Chinson’s for some great Jamaican grill food.

Stephanie was an amazing host, she had daily recommendations of what to do and she always responded quickly ( less than 5 mins ). She really goes out her way to provide necessities such as extra towels,beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and plenty more. One of the best Airbnb I’ve been to, I highly recommend this Airbnb and looking forward to returning to Stephanie’s place!!! TCI🇹🇨

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at Flame Tree! The property was exactly as expected—quiet, peaceful, and a perfect retreat. While a few minor items were missing (like a can opener) or broken (such as an umbrella), Eric was incredibly responsive and quick to resolve any issues. The beds were quite spacious but not the most comfortable. However, Eric’s flexibility with check-in and check-out made our stay even more enjoyable. I’ll especially miss the delicious croissants and stunning sunrises. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book one of his properties again if I return to the island!.

This was a perfect spot for a family. We enjoyed the privacy of our own property and pool. The pool deck is its own separate living area. The common space of the house was great for gathering and being together. And the bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed. The house was extremely well provisioned. The owners thought very well for making the week hospitable. Our family of 7 had a blast here together. It felt like home all week.

Wow wow wow! We couldn’t have been happier with our house. The location was amazing! You could walk to everything. A great grocery store was right around the corner and a 3 minute walk to all the restaurants and shopping and 15 min walk to the beach. There is easy public parking for the beach so VERY convenient to enjoy gorgeous Grace Bay. The area around the house is somewhat rough but if you are familiar with Turks and Caicos you will know that is typical. It adds to the experience in my opinion:-) Laura is a great communicator and her property manager Ariel was wonderful. Thank you for an amazing stay in Provo!

We had a spectacular week vacation with our family of five staying at Russ‘s place. Great location with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We rented a car, which helped us to explore the island. The pool was a major bonus with the kids. We will certainly consider returning in the future!

This villa was quiet and private and had everything we needed to enjoy a few days together. The air conditioning worked great and it was always nice and cool inside. The pool was perfect. The pool chairs are plastic and not the most comfortable for laying out/napping. We made several meals and had everything we needed. We thought the bed was comfortable and appreciated the extra pillows and blankets. The hot water tank is small, so quick showers are a must. We believe that the price was worth the privacy and the space/amenities that this place offers!

We had an amazing stay. The villa is so beautiful and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed (BBQ, kitchen, beach chairs etc). It was very close to the kitesurfing beach as well as many nice restaurants. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Peter was the nicest Airbnb host I have ever had. the unit was very clean and exactly how described. The Villa is very safe and has security that walks around at night time and all around the property has cameras. The unit is one of the best options available at the Villa in my opinion as it is right next to the pool and hot tub. there is a caretaker nearby that can help with anything and he was extremely professional and very responsive when I needed help with the safe. I appreciated that they provided a bolted down safe for our passports and cash. there are several walking distance restaurants, however the host provides a rental car. the rental car place is right next to the Airbnb and they give you a ride back to the airport. the rental car was waiting at the airport for me which was extremely nice. this was definitely my favorite Airbnb experience and I will never forget it.

This was everything we could have hoped for. Instructions were clear, Jason was proactive and super responsive. The complex is beautiful and everything our family of 4 needed. It felt very central on the island. Easily walkable to a few yummy restaurants and the beach, although it’s best to rent a car and explore as all the various beaches. The beach gear is weathered but was good enough to get us by. The views are incredible. The pool and pool deck area were beautiful and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a blender! We would definitely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better location or a better host...proactive in letting you know everything about the place, it's surroundings, and any questions you might have before travel. Plenty of beach chairs to use, coolers, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and the list goes on. Kids loved the pool which you could see right outside the window. I honestly do not have one complaint about the place and would definitely would stay again!

Perfect location and very quiet pool with a very shallow kid area. Easily everything our group of 3 adults and one 1 year old needed. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. Grocery store was easy to get to with our rental car. Leisure books/games available in the living room. Lots of beach toys available on the patio. Pack n play was available but the only room it was comfortably able to be used in was the master bedroom (which made it a bit difficult with sleeping situations but we made it work). No high chair available here. Danielle was a very a lovely host and responded quickly. Hot tub at atrium resort in general is not hot and water level was typically low. The pool bar is not in service due to the locals living in the resort not liking past ruckus. Bring your bug spray as mosquitos outside were quite bad (especially at restaurants who usually provided deet bug spray).

We had a great stay!! The condo was recently updated and very clean. The views from the balcony were incredible. This is the perfect place for a peaceful, quite vacation. The complex is isolated by itself on the end of the island so you feel like you are on your own private island. There is not another resort, house, or anything as far as you can see. It is a bit of a drive (20-25 minutes) from most of the island activities but we did not find this to be a problem for us. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards that are available for anyone to use. The beach does have some seaweed but we always found a great place to swim with clear waters with just a short walk. We also enjoyed the resort pool, hot tub, and on-site restaurant. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is fantastic—quiet, scenic, and close to a couple of great local spots. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and we felt very relaxed the moment we arrived. Courtney was incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our trip, and once we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Molly, the property manager. Molly made everything seamless. We arranged for the fridge to be stocked before our arrival which was a great way to start the trip. We had a small issue with the car (a tail light wouldn’t turn off), and Molly had it taken care of promptly the next morning. The Yacht Club’s pool is beautiful and meticulously kept, and we really enjoyed meals at nearby Shark Bite and Baci—both were great and more reasonably priced than some of the Grace Bay spots. A close walk to the public beach (there is parking) and Smith's Reef as well. Rec. Sapodilla Beach for calm, shallow and gorgeous water. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next trip back!

Gemma’s place at La Vista Azul is incredible! Everything was easy to get to and we had a phenomenal time exploring around TCI. Gemma was very responsive, very helpful, and her place was clean and accurately described from the listing. Just wish we would have stayed longer! Thanks again, Gemma :)

If Yoshi’s place is available for your dates; consider yourself lucky and book it! Great location, easy walking path to Grace Bay, great restaurants, easy to check in, great WiFi, comfortable bed. We can’t wait to come back
