Enjoy this private oasis directly opposite Berry Showground and pool. On a peaceful, wide street in yet central to all Berry has to offer (a flat easy walk to the Queen st shops) A luxurious king bed, full kitchen with an induction stove and oven, private laundry with washing machine and heat pump dryer, back and side deck. This gorgeous Stone cottage has been built from the local stone collected from the surrounding land. Built with recycled timbers and antique building materials it looks like it has been there for more than a century. It has just been fully renovated and has all new appliances. The bathrooms have floor heating to keep you cosy in winter. Enjoy beautiful views across our secluded little valley from your private balcony or the outside eating area. For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Kameruka, perfectly positioned on private property to take in rainforest and views to the south following the coastline past Jervis Bay. Purpose built in 2019 our generously proportioned loft studio with quality fixtures and fittings has been styled with couples in mind. Kameruka is located 10 minutes from Queen Street Berry, a 20 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach and just a 15 minute stunning country drive in the other direction to the town of Kangaroo Valley.

Falls Cottage, in the rainforest at Jamberoo

Falls Cottage was built by a Jamberoo local in the 1980s and has grown in charm and character with every passing year. We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. We now have an EV charging station on the property . Type 2 , up to 22 KW an hr. Costs apply .

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
