If you are intending to travel with your dog please let us know prior to your arrival and ask for permission. We are very dog friendly but would love to know what kind of dog and will decide ASAP

Newly constructed and furnished, the house is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood, yet a short walking distance to Main street with a variety of great shops and restaurants. Private access to Creek that leads out to Moriches Bay. You can go kayaking or simply enjoy waterview and nature by the fire pit. Close to the Hamptons, amazing beaches, North Fork vineyards and a train ride away from Manhattan.

You’ll be glamping in your own private “Ironwood Travel Coach” studio, with perfectly preserved 1950 charm. Our cozy cottage compound is right in the middle of everything East End, and a short drive from local beaches, restaurants and shopping. It’s the perfectly unpretentious way to enjoy the Hamptons. Bright colors abound, the yard is filled with teak loungers and patio furniture, and there's always a hammock ready for an afternoon snooze.

Guests will immediately walk past spacious hot tub into a comfortable sunroom where you’ll watch the most colorful, water view sunsets Long Island has to offer! This one of a kind offers a sprawling layout that has 3 queen size bedrooms and 1 king . We can also provide an air mattress for an additional guest. There is a kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer! This beautiful walking Village has so much to offer!

Beach Cottage | Steps to Water | Firepit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish beach cottage in Sag Harbor. It is the perfect spot for a single or couple to enjoy the Hamptons beachy lifestyle. Fully appointed for your stay, just bring your bathing suit. Outside is your own patio with sitting area, dining table with umbrella, firepit/BBQ area, and my own tiny cottage across the lawn so I am readily accessible.

Waterfront House on Fort Pond, MTK

Spacious house right on Fort Pond with relaxed bohemian vibe. Enjoy the open kitchen, reclaimed wood beams, and hand crafted furniture. Access directly to the water from the back yard. There are two other cottages that are two bedrooms each on property as well. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.

The “Birdy” Guest house

Take it easy at this peaceful guesthouse near Westhampton Beach village, Country Club, wine country (North folk), Moriches Bay and Westhampton Beaches. An amazing location for birding and kayaking. Ideal place for a couple looking to escape the city, attend a wedding, or explore wine country for a weekend to get some fresh air and experience nature.
