Some any to pick from as Burton Road is the hippest area outside the city centre and offers a wide range of bars, restaurants and cafes. However if I had to pick one, think it would be Folk. Folk is one of those bars that is really cool without trying too hard, even on a rainy Monday the place can get quite full. At the weekend this place is very much standing room only (inside & Out) from 8pm it's pretty much crammed with people from every walk of life. It also helps that award winning Volta Restaurant bar is next door and offers amazing tapas style eating plate and a delicious Sunday roast. Folk also serves lovely and super reasonable food.
