A smaller shopping mall with Starbucks, Vapiano pizza, Bavarian beer brewery w/ food, running sushi. It also houses a great bakery, the smaller sister of Villa Bagatelle called Bagatellini and pharmacy. Grocery store, VIP cinema, Nespresso. Just opposite is a "Tejivó" (milk bar)
