Great hikes and views from Moses Cone 2.8 miles away, family picnics at Jullian Price Park and the Boone Fork Trail 3.7 miles away all part of the Pisgah National Forest.

The parkway features many overlooks of mountain vistas and historic points of interest. Access is about an hour away. Another great all-day car or motorcycle tour.

Our family style meals begin with a salad in the summer and soup in the winter. Three meats and five vegetables are served along with biscuits, preserves, dessert and beverage.
