The best breakfast in Boone, and arguably the best breakfast in the U.S. of A.! You WILL wait in line at Melanie's so go early and be prepared with some reading material! But don't miss the opportunity to go!! The eggs benedict is my absolute fave.

“If you head to Blowing Rock, Bistro Roca is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the high country. Their wood fired flatbreads, Black and Bleu Ribeye, Lobster Roll, Eggplant Frites, and Macaroni and Cheese are to-die-for. It's a 45 min drive, but Blowing Rock, with all its shops and restaurants is worth it!”
