Opened in May 2013, CoBo Sushi Bistro and Bar is a one-of-a-kind dining experience that not only includes the Japanese art of sushi, but also has plenty of non-traditional and contemporary menu items. We have a fun-loving, casual, yet elegant atmosphere that welcomes all.

If you like sushi and Japanese, this is it!!! Casual or dressy, just not open on Sunday and doesn't open until 5 but worth the wait!!

“If you head to Blowing Rock, Bistro Roca is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in the high country. Their wood fired flatbreads, Black and Bleu Ribeye, Lobster Roll, Eggplant Frites, and Macaroni and Cheese are to-die-for. It's a 45 min drive, but Blowing Rock, with all its shops and restaurants is worth it!”

“If you like Indian food or are interested in trying it you have to go to Mint Indian Cuisine in Boone. It's one of my all time favorite Indian restaurants. I recommend garlic naan and chicken tiki masala. If you're brave enough, get it spicy! 💗”
