BFT, or Boone Fork Trail, is a five mile loop on the Blue Ridge Parkway that features stunning trails through forests, waterfalls and rivers and is a blast to trek through. It will take on average 2-4 hours to complete depending on your pace.
A 5 mile challenging hiking loop that starts and stops at Price Park at Milepost 297 on the Parkway. The loop takes you along creeks, up and down small hills, and through fields. Generally considered the best all arounder for a fun and challenging mountain hike
Beautiful hiking trail, about 5 miles, along gorgeous rushing rivers. Numerous wonderful picnic spots.
Great hike from Price Park. It meanders along the river with great boulders for climbing- Park Rangers call it the Beaver trail, they leave evidence of their busy chewing, all along the trail.
Great hiking trail, 5.0 mile loop, scenic, parts that are right along the river, big rocks to perch on, bring a picnic lunch.
