Tevens zijn er leuke steden op korte afstand. Zo is het centrum van Maastricht op 10 minuten rijden en ligt shoppingcentrum Maasmechelen village op 15 minuten rijden. Het huisje is volledig beschikbaar voor de gasten. Zo is er onder anderen een vuurschaal, tandem fiets, lp-speler, tv, radio en gitaar aanwezig.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Dit huis zorgt voor een heerlijk vakantie gevoel door de mooie ligging bij het water, aan de Maasplassen en nagenoeg tegen het centrum van het sfeervolle vestingsstadje Stevensweert. De woning is in 2023 volledig gerenoveerd. Het huis is gelegen op het vakantie park Porte Isola en in de nabije omgeving kan men heerlijk wandelen en fietsen. En uiteraard een paradijs voor de watersporters met een sloepverhuur op het park.
