Inside apartment was comfortably beautiful with all the amenities once you got in, hard to find parking, directions a little confusing "left side" My left or the houses left. Door code timed out super fast so second guessed if I was trying to get into correct side. Stairs a bit slippery and not sturdy but Kim was super responsive to my questions about parking since that's all I asked about! Super Cute setup inside and a great use of the space!

Peaceful, clean, easy to find, large upstairs apartment. Along Ketchikan creek, nice to both see and hear. Would readily stay again 😁.

Stayed several days and especially appreciated the central location and ease to wander around Creek Street and downtown. My dad lives close by and it was ideal from that perspective. It was easy to get in - just be aware that you need to climb some stairs to get to the suite I was in on the third floor. I slept well each night and the shower was hot and clean. I’d stay again.

Clean and comfortable, fabulous views, and convenient location.

Sarah was super accommodating! The place was perfect for our stay - and affordable. It’s an older house, so there is not much sound barrier between upstairs neighbors and the apartment but that’s often how apartments are anyway. The bus stops right outside the house and there is a nice bike path as well.

The only downside was the noise from the heating system.And a few more plates wouldn't hurt.

Great place, location, and host. Place was clean, comfortable, well equipped, had an amazing view of the water, and an easy walk down the hill or stairs to town. Mindy was great- very responsive and helpful. We’ve stayed in lots of Airbnb and other rentals over the past several years, and hers was one of the best! Would definitely recommend!

This is my second stay at Blue Heron. I love it there. The deck, the view, the comfort and kitchen perfectly suit my needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I sleep so well there. Highly recommended!!
