Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

The main level features an open concept as well as a master bedroom with a full bath. Lower level has two bedrooms, large family room, full bath and laundry. there is also a large loft area with a brand new memory foam futon that turns into a queen bed. Ceiling fans throughout house /two A/C Units.
