A peaceful countryside stay with amazing views and lovely animals — the horses and llamas made it extra special! The house was cozy and clean, and the Jerry was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely return

A lovely home from home cottage with all amenities you'll ever need. Even provided stairs gates and a high chair upon request. Great location to explore the area and having a pub within 1 minute walk is a bonus!

Had a short stay at Barley Croft lodge. Ray was great he rang to check if everything was ok with our lodge and was very polite and helpful. The lodge is in lovely surroundings with lots to do locally. It was ideal for our 1 year old daughter who could wander on the veranda safely and look at the two donkeys in the adjacent field. The lodge has everything you need and is close by the villages of Melbourne and Breedon have places to visit. An all around great experience. Thank you Ray.

We had the best stay at this beautiful home! Amber was a great host and went above and beyond for us. The trampoline in the garden was a great extra we weren’t expecting and the kids loved the playroom too. The location is a bit out the way so need to drive to shops 10/15 mins but the village is beautiful and really couldn’t fault it. Would return & definitely recommend. Thanks again x

This place is nicer than the pictures show and perfect for our weekend away, Adam was very patient with us asking a few questions during our stay when things confused us etc. It’s also in a picturesque and peaceful village, lovely stay!!

Just finished a lovely couple of days stay with our two teen girls and dogs. Well fitted out and very clean cabin with comfy beds and linen. Great space to relax and unwind with fab restaurants and shops within the Marina. Rob is a great host providing loads of info plus additionally going above and beyond when our car had a fault guiding us to a garage locally who fixed the problem the next day! We’ll be back!

A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. We had a fantastic midweek break here as a base for visiting family in Northampton. Caravan was perfect for us very well equipped, comfy beds and spacious. Excellent hosts communicated throughout and thank you for the welcome hamper. Great location with loads of walks on site and surrounding. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again.

We have had such an amazing stay. The hut is just stunning, very clean and welcoming and the little added touches chocolates ,Prosecco, fresh milk in fridge just made all the difference so thank you. We have had such an amazing relaxing stay so peaceful and private. The hot tub was lovely. Local restaurant walking distance and service and food great. We will definitely be returning soon and have already recommended to friends. If you are after a nice relaxing break then this is it.
