Minimum stairs if you walk down to the canal. Take advantage of the local golf course which is minutes from the home. Enjoy the beautiful weather, shopping, and the local beaches (Navarre, Pensacola, and Destin) then come home to relax in your home away from home. We do not host parties or special events. Your private suite perfectly situated between 2 beautiful beaches (11 miles to Navarre Beach or 13 miles to Pensacola Beach). PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This suite is the upstairs portion of our home. It is not the entire house. There is a shared front entrance seperated from main living area by a privacy screen. The entire upstairs is yours. The suite consists of a king bed, bathroom and sitting area that includes a microwave, mini refrigerator and keurig coffe maker.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. We are central to many, many Beaches. Pensacola beach is 12 minutes average from the airbnb, to our east is Navarre Beach, opal Beach, Fort Walton Beach, Destin Beach and many more depending on how far you wish to go. west of us is orange beach which is in Alabama approximately 30 minutes away but definitely worth the travel time. we are surrounded by beaches. Beach Heaven!!

We will do everything we can to make your stay great! The guest house is located directly off of our private carriageway behind the house.
