Located within the gardens of the main house and accessible down a farm track, the cottage is surrounded by the stunning Perthshire Hills. It is in a perfectly central location for exploring Scotland - 15 mins from Perth and an hour's drive from Edinburgh, Glasgow and St Andrews, 2 miles from Auchterarder and only 4 miles from the world famous Gleneagles Hotel. The cottage is ideal for exploring Edinburgh and Fife. With St Andrews only 75 minutes from the property, this is an ideal retreat for any golfer. Murrayfield Stadium is only 30 minutes away for concert goers and sporting fans. There are two lovely local pubs which also serve food.

The Shooting Lodge Cottage

Charming cottage with all modern conveniences. Self check-in available. Our WiFi is not reliable ( 4G signal) so if you need fast and good wifi it is not the place for you. 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, cooking stove. Shower room with shower, WC and basin We are in the countryside 1.7 miles from the village of Saline where there is a little convenience store.

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

Or why not go for a walk to the Kelpies with your family and furry friends. The cottage is located between Falkirk and Stirling and there is a vast amount of local attractions within 10-15 minute drive.

Boll Cottage

Relax and unwind at one of our beautiful holiday cottages which are situated in the hillfoots, within a 5 minute walk from the village of Alva. Our cottages are all situated within our grounds and have wonderful views of Wallace Monument and the magnificent Ochil hills.
