Kate's Cottage - Rosyth Farm

Located just 6 km from the Armidale town boundary, this two room cottage has its own kitchen and bedroom as well as a private outdoor BBQ area. The latter features a fire pit, pizza oven, gas BBQ and all the cast iron cooking equipment to create a unique outdoor culinary experience. There is access to a flushing toilet and shower (in the main building, 40m away) that is private a for the exclusive use of guests. All this is set within a 6 acre small holding with gardens and views.

With a comfortable Queen size bed, and a single rollaway bed for extra guests, our cottage is well appointed and comfortable. Killarney Cottage is a fully renovated mid-century cottage, set in the New England's peaceful countryside. It is set on 6 acres, just 15 minutes west of Inverell & 20 minutes from Copeton Dam. Relax in a tranquil, rural setting with no close neighbours & only the dogs, chickens & wildlife for company. You may even be lucky enough to see one of our resident koalas!

Ridgeview cottage

Cottage is on large, leafy 1 acre block in a semi rural environment. Chickens roam the yard and parrots roam the trees! Visiting wildlife include koalas, echidnas and possums. No road noise but still close to town. ( 4 km to CBD) Beautiful walking tracks start near front gate. We also have 2 dogs on the property, an old border collie and a young blue heeler.
