This apartment is great to stay in Durres even for a long time. This apartment is near the beach and you can get to it in 3-5 minutes, near there are a lot of restaurants and cafes The host is very kind and responsive, so I am not surprised why it is a “Super host” label

They are the best. Very responsive and always willing to help when you need it. My family and I were new to the country and the host went the extra mile to help us out with many things. They are just amazing and we were very happy to be here.

Ari is the best host! He’s very responsive and one of the reasons our stay has been so great! The place is near everything and you can do a lot of shopping and exploring. The place is just like the pictures which is great.

Perfect Beach Getaway in Durres My stay at this Airbnb apartment was absolutely fantastic! The apartment itself was immaculately clean, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't have been better – just a short walk from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient for relaxing walks by the sea and enjoying the sunsets. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries, making check-in and check-out seamless. They provided great local tips on where to eat and what to see in Durres, which really enhanced my experience. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Durres. Super apartment spacious with a super location also close to everything beach,supermarkets,restaurants,shops,clubs,coffe…. Wonderful sea views and each night shows a different breathtaking sunsets.From every room you can see the beach. Ev çok güzel şirin bir ev sahile ve plaja çok yakın ama durres merkezine uzak. 2 kere elektrik kesintisi yaşandı ingrit gerekli yardımları yaptı. Onun dışında harika bir konaklamaydı.

Wir waren im letzten Jahr bereits schon einmal im Haus - wenn auch nicht in derselben Wohnung. Die Lage direkt am Strand und damit der Promenade ist perfekt. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 35m. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und auch gut ausgestattet. Fünf Sterne dafür. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Aitanka hat uns zur Anreise und Abreise einen privaten Transfer zum Flughafen organisiert. Sehr zuverlässig und preiswert.

Alban ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Schon bei der ersten Nachricht hat er sofort geantwortet und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur seite. Man merkt sofort, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste am Herzen liegt. Egal, ob es um Fragen, Wünsche oder kleine Probleme geht – Alban kümmert sich zuverlässig und mit echter Freundlichkeit. Er tut alles, damit man sich willkommen fühlt. Das Highlight war definitiv das Apartment: modern, sauber und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt bei Alban nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Rovena😍 Der Pool war das Highlight der Unterkunft zusammen mit dem kurzen Weg direkt zum Strand😊 Auf jedenfall zu empfehlen und gern wieder!

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! Sehr gemütliches Ferienhaus mit direkter Lage am Strand. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was man bedenken sollte, wenn man nicht im Hochsommer dort Urlaub machen möchte. Der Strand war direkt vor der Haustür und das Meeresrauschen durch die Fenster zu hören. Einige Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern reist, muss man etwas aufpassen, da die Treppen keine Geländer haben. Wir waren Anfang April dort und das Nachbarhaus neben dem Pool ist aktuell eine Baustelle, deshalb gab es tagsüber etwas Lärm. Das Haus verfügt über Außenmöbel für den Poolbereich und für die Dachterrasse. Der Check-in war einfach und der Gastgeber immer gut erreichbar und bei Problemen hat er sich schnell um Hilfe gekümmert.

Had a great time. Wonderful private villa, with pool, gym and sauna. Danny’s parents were there to greet us and show us round. Lots of space, inside and out, with easy access to the beach too. Everything well looked after and clean. Would recommend.

My family and I visited Albanea for the first time. Having a good place to stay was essential. Clean, organized place with space for my baby to walk around and a wonderful view of the sunset. I highly recommend it. Looking forward to returning next holiday 😍

We enjoyed our stay at Xhoi's flat. We had a great holiday. Great communication with Xhoi from the moment I thought of booking the place until we left. She was kind and helpful. All the staff in El Sabor restaurant were very nice to us. The beach was lovely and we were able to get our allocated umbrella wherever we wanted it and as close to the sea as we wished. Lots of halal food nearby. We will definitely come back if we visit Golem again

Erg fijne en warm welkom door de host. De buitenplaats is heerlijk privé en ruim. Aan alles gedacht, bijvoorbeeld airco aangezet, koffie en anti mug! Het huisjes is 15 meter van het strand. 2de douche buiten is fijn voor als je van het strand af komt.

Amazing location with magnificent balcony sea view (7th floor with elevator) and many cosy restaurants around the area, very clean apartment, perfect for families with little kids, very welcoming hosts... Private parking as well and supermarket in the building... The apartment was equipped with everything one needs for the days you're there. 10/10 - will most definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and families. You won't regret staying here! See you again for sure!

Our family enjoyed our stay here! It was an easy walk to the beach where the kids loved to play. It's a nice big house with plenty of space for all of us. The house had excellent kitchen facilities for cooking and baking. We recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Logement conforme à la description, situé dans une résidence fermée et gardée, comprenant un accès direct à la plage. Proche des plages animées de la baie de Durrës et non loin de la jolie plage du général (attention: la route qui y mène n’est pas toujours asphaltée). En outre la communication avec Elma s’est révélée très fluide.
